We Create Solutions! Creating a solution is a process. The problem or situation has to be defined. The objective has to be stated. Within the objective stage benefits and cost justification has to be agreed upon. Research begins – if there is a standard product on the market that can solve the situation and cost justifies it will be presented but if there isn’t an existing product that meets the need the concept stage begins.   The concept stage is where the Conley team excels, the problem - situation is examined and the conceptual solution is created. The structure, material and cost of the concept is refined and a proposal is submitted.   Once the solution had been agreed upon Conley Solutions, Inc. will engineer, supervise production and delivery.
